Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Tony Logistics.
1. Cancellations Before Dispatch
Shipments canceled prior to vehicle dispatch will not incur transportation charges. Administrative fees may apply in certain cases.
2. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once a vehicle has been dispatched, cancellation fees may include dispatch fee, fuel charge, and driver time compensation.
3. Completed Services
Once transportation services are completed, charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Service Disputes
If you believe there was a billing error or service issue, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of service completion.
5. Non-Payment
Failure to remit payment may result in collection procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
