Terms of Service

Welcome to Tony Logistics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern the transportation and logistics services provided by Tony Logistics.

1. Services

Tony Logistics provides freight transportation, cargo delivery, and logistics coordination services primarily in the New York and New Jersey areas, including JFK Airport operations, and when required, throughout the United States. Services may include local deliveries, interstate freight transport, and time-sensitive cargo handling.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
• Final charges may vary based on weight, distance, accessorial services, waiting time, or special handling.
• Written confirmation constitutes acceptance of pricing.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are issued upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment is due upon receipt unless a separate agreement specifies alternative terms.
• We accept secure online payments via approved payment processors.
• Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension or collection action.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made prior to dispatch. If a shipment has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply, including dispatch fees, fuel charges, and time/labor costs.

5. Liability Limitation

Tony Logistics’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the goods, or $100 per shipment unless additional cargo insurance coverage has been purchased. We are not responsible for improper packaging, concealed damage, or force majeure events (weather, traffic, accidents, mechanical breakdowns).

6. Claims

All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to submit timely notice may result in denial of claim.

7. Delays

The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, road closures, government actions, or airport/port restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
